Maine Secretary of State to Appeal Ruling on Her Decision to Exclude Trump From Ballot

The official, Shenna Bellows, said she intends to appeal the ruling by a state Superior Court judge that placed on hold her decision to exclude Mr. Trump from the state’s Republican primary ballot.
